Mr. Chen Qian, born in September 1978, Master of Business Administration, Chinese Certified Public Accountant, Fellow Member of Chartered Global Management Accountant. He graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in World Economics in June 2001; in June 2008, he graduated from the Anderson School of Business in the United States with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Before joining the Company, he successively acted as Senior Auditor of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Senior Consultant of Monitor Consulting Group, Chief Financial Officer of Sika Group China, Chief Financial Officer of IMI Critical Engineering Greater China and Korea, Chief Financial Officer of CIF Bureau Veritas China, and Chief Financial Officer of Terminix Group China.
